Facility Director - Hospital Operations

Location: North India

I am advising a leading multispeciality hospital group in its search for an accomplished Facility Director to lead the overall operations, financial performance, and strategic management of a 200+ bedded hospital.

We are looking for a seasoned healthcare professional with strong hospital administration experience, proven P&L ownership, operational excellence, and a stable career track record.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 12 - 18 years exclusively in the hospital/healthcare sector.

- Current Responsibility: Managing a hospital with an annual top line of 25 - 30 Crore.

- Hospital Scale: Minimum experience managing a 200+ bedded multispeciality hospital.

- Qualification: MHA / MBA / PGDM. MBBS candidates will be preferred.

- Age Criteria: Maximum 45 years.

- Location: North India.

- Career Profile: Strong career stability with demonstrated long-term contributions to previous organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall hospital operations and administrative management.

- Complete P&L ownership, budgeting, profitability, and cost optimisation.

- Revenue enhancement through bed occupancy, ARPOB, patient footfall, and service utilisation.

- Coordination across clinical, nursing, diagnostics, administration, and support functions.

- Implementation of SOPs, KPIs, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Improving patient experience, service quality, and grievance management.

- NABH accreditation, statutory compliance, and regulatory governance.

- Leadership, development, and performance management of multidisciplinary teams.

- Optimisation of manpower, procurement, infrastructure, and operating expenses.

- Strategic planning and execution of organisational business objectives.
