Jobué is seeking an experienced Facility & Hospitality Manager to lead its facilities operations and hospitality business, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient day-to-day management of its properties.

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years' professional experience.
* At least 3 years' experience in short-let apartments, hotels, or the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership, operations, and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage facilities, coordinate teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Compensation

* ₦500,000 monthly salary.
* Commission on bookings.
* Performance-based commission tied to facilities KPIs.
