Facility Maintenance Assistant
Summary
Perform daily facility maintenance tasks such as grounds keeping, janitorial duties, and restocking breakrooms in a car dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with exterior grounds keeping
- General janitorial duties
- Cleaning and restocking of breakrooms and offices
- Operate floor cleaning machine
- Empty trash
- Other cleaning duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk constantly throughout daily activities
- Must pass drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work alone or within a team is a must
