Facility Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Daily operation check with onsite contractors to ensure facility safety and efficiency (HVAC, utility supplies and other maintenance services)
• Implement and support corrective & preventive maintenance program
• Develop and support construction schedule, critical path analysis, field inspections, marshalling of equipment/materials and construction safety.
• Review and support to verify project design proposal, construction drawings and/or facilities service proposals, EH&S requirements, etc.
• Validate to support value engineering and cost-cutting proposals set forth by contractors.
• Technical review and reconfiguration support for R&D clients (lab specialized design for electrical & mechanical reconfiguration)

Job-Holder Requirements

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in construction management, Facilities Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• 10+years’ experience in project management and/or site facilities management.
• Other technical degrees or certifications considered (공조냉동, 전기, 소방기사 등)
• Technical comprehension and experience with vendor management skills
• Fluent in Korean and English
• Proactive and professional attitude preferred
