Facility & Maintenance Manager – Shipyard (Based in Batam)
Responsibilities:
- Lead planned maintenance and a team of shipyard maintenance staff to ensure equipment, machinery, cranes and facilities are well maintained.
- Oversee workshops, docks, slipways, piers and other infrastructure to meet operational, safety and ISO requirements.
- Manage facility upgrade projects, subcontractors, rental equipment and annual maintenance/tooling budgets.
- Ensure hazardous/B3 waste handling and asset disposal comply with local regulations.
- Prepare monthly maintenance reports and recommendations for Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marine/Civil Engineering
- 5–7 years’ shipyard/plant facilities experience
