Description
Facility and Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: $2800 - $3200 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), 8.30am – 12.30pm (Saturday)
Location Woodlands Walk
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Oversee general facility upkeep, cleanliness, and safety.
- Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and repair works.
- Assist in supervising maintenance technicians and monitoring work quality.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, ISO requirements, and MOM standards.
- Monitor spare parts inventory, procurement, and maintenance costs.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager / supervisor.
Requirements
- NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or facilities management experience in the manufacturing sector.
