Facility Manager

Job Summary:

The Clubhouse Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operations of the residential clubhouse. This role ensures residents and guests enjoy high-quality amenities and services, and the facility is maintained in top condition. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, organized, and proactive.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Clubhouse Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse including gym, swimming pool, indoor games, party hall, etc.

  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the clubhouse as per defined schedule.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all amenities.

2. Resident Interaction:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents using clubhouse facilities.

  • Handle resident queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve them promptly.

  • Assist residents in booking amenities (party hall, tennis court, etc.).

3. Facility Maintenance & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure all facilities are functional and presentable.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and infrastructure are in good condition.

  • Report and follow up on repair/maintenance issues with the technical team.

4. Event Management:

  • Assist in organizing community events, fitness classes, and clubhouse activities.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for event logistics.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain records of clubhouse bookings, resident feedback, and equipment maintenance logs.

  • Submit daily and monthly reports to the Facility Manager.

6. Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure all clubhouse rules are followed by residents and guests.

  • Monitor safety protocols including swimming pool safety, gym usage guidelines, and fire safety.

  • Ensure CCTV and access control systems are functioning properly.



Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality Management preferred).

  • 2–4 years of experience in residential clubhouse, hospitality, or front office role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office and clubhouse management software (if applicable).

  • Energetic, polite, and presentable with a service-first attitude.
