Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical, plumbing, fire safety, HVAC, and lift systems
- Handle housekeeping, security, horticulture & waste management
- Vendor coordination and complaint management
- Preventive maintenance, manpower planning & shift handling
- Budgeting, cost control, invoice verification & AMC comparison
- Ensure statutory compliance

Requirements
Requirements:
- BE/Dip/ITI in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 3- 4 years experience in residential facility management
- Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi (Read, Write & Speak)
