Job Description

- Manage the daily operations, maintenance, and asset management of LTA facilities and infrastructure.

- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance with LTA maintenance standards and KPIs.

- Supervise site supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

- Ensure full compliance with LTA requirements, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Fire Safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.

- Conduct routine site inspections, identify defects, investigate faults, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Manage M&E systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection systems, pumps, ventilation systems, lifts/escalators (where applicable), and other building services within LTA facilities.

- Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, asset records, incident reports, technical documentation, and monthly performance reports for LTA.

- Coordinate with LTA representatives, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders on maintenance activities, shutdowns, audits, and inspections.

- Lead emergency response, breakdown recovery, and incident management to ensure service continuity and KPI compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related engineering discipline.

- Strong knowledge of LTA maintenance requirements, preventive maintenance planning, contractor management, KPI management, and statutory compliance in Singapore.

- Proven experience managing LTA infrastructure or transport-related facilities, including HVAC, ventilation buildings, electrical, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, and associated M&E systems.

- Familiar with LTA documentation, permit-to-work systems, safety procedures, audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.

- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
