Manages facility maintenance, repair, utilities, grounds, equipment, and preventive maintenance programs. Plans and oversees construction, renovation, repair, and equipment replacement projects. Develops facility budgets, work plans, procurement requests, and service contract requirements. Administers facility safety, fire protection, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance programs. Supervises facility, maintenance, transportation, and security staff and coordinates work priorities and schedules.

Background Investigation Requirement: This position requires the successful completion of a federal background investigation as a condition of employment.
