Facility Operations Specialist (Electrical)

Incumbent is a senior building operations specialist responsible for the McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC)interior furnishings, design, and space management.

Plans, coordinates, and administers the execution of interior furnishings, maintenance, repair, alterations, and construction on a 100-acre complex.

Serves as the Contracting Officer’s Representative for the systems furniture contract, Interior Design contract, and furnishings purchase orders.

Identifies specific requirements for funding, manpower, materials, and services needed to support the program.

Monitors and enforces Federal, DoD and DLA, EPA policies, guidance and laws safety regulations and other policies.

Plans layouts of office space using a variety of systems, to include AutoCAD.
