FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
About the Position: This position is located at Oak Harbor, Washington.
Coordinate activities with higher-level facility management, the Medical Control Center staff, and others for support needs; including lodging, food services, utilities, closed circuit television, security, or alternate facilities.
Oversee facility management resources including personnel, service contracts, financial programs, space utilization, and information resources
Investigate, analyze, and report on mishaps and medical incidents of a generally routine nature associated with primary care services
Implement and evaluate programs to manage medical safety risks, fire safety risks, facility response to emergencies, and to manage risks associated with physical security, hazardous materials, and waste
Prepare performance work statements, identify deficient service contract or civil engineer performance, assess operational impacts, and initiate timely corrective action.
Plan and coordinate all work requirements to maintain patient care buildings
Perform diagnostic inspection of facility structures, related electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, and prepares necessary inspection reports and narrative assessments of facility conditions
