Facility Operations Specialist

About the Position: Locality pay does not apply in the overseas area. Pay retention may be offered to selected applicants for positions at overseas locations. Pay retention will not be offered as an incentive for employees moving between overseas positions. Recruitment or relocation incentives MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between facility leadership, clinical staff, and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to patient care.

Monitor contractor performance on-site to ensure work aligns with technical specifications, safety protocols, and established project timelines.

Research, identify, and initiate procurement requests for specialized tools, equipment parts, and maintenance materials required for facility operations.

Generate recurring and ad-hoc facility status reports, tracking key performance metrics such as work order completion rates and utility consumption.

Conduct routine safety briefings and coordinate mandatory training schedules for maintenance staff to ensure compliance with OSHA and organizational safety policies.
