About the Position: This position is located at Naval Branch Health Clinic Groton, Groton, Connecticut. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Reviews, evaluates and implements design or technical studies as appropriate.

Prepares accurate cost estimates and requirements packages for approval.

Takes corrective action to alleviate any significant disruption situations.

Ensures implementation of comprehensive preventive maintenance program.

Ensures repairs are made immediately to nonfunctioning or improperly operating equipment or systems.

Serves as Contracting Officer’s Representative for the Operation and Maintenance Engineering Enhancement Program.

Reviews projects for constructability and potential operational impacts.
