About the Position: Serves as the Facilities Equipment Maintenance System (FEMS) automation expert, providing technical support and independently resolving issues related to facilities maintenance operations. Performs purchasing and logistics duties as needed, ensuring compliance with Department of the Army policies, federal regulations, established procedures, and accepted practices.

Manage the facility maintenance program using automated systems to plan, schedule, track, and analyze preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment records, work orders, costs, and lifecycle requirements.

Coordinates facility maintenance activities with contractors and staff, develops technical requirements and statements of work, and performs delegated Contracting Officer's Representative duties to support effective contract execution.

Executes Government Purchase Card purchases in compliance with Federal acquisition regulations and USACE policies by obtaining quotes, processing purchases, tracking deliveries, reconciling transactions, and maintaining required documentation.

Maintains current facility management records, including operational and maintenance manuals, codes, as-built drawings, project files, technical references, and online resources.

Develops weekly maintenance schedules, tracks work status and outages, provides management updates, and contributes technical information to facility planning and the Five-Year Master Plan.
