Are You the Right Fit? (Qualifications)

• Industrial Sanitation / CIP Track Record: 1+ years of sanitation experience in food, beverage, brewery, dairy, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems, chemical titration, foaming applications, and equipment teardown/reassembly.
• Safety & Regulatory Mindset: Working knowledge of SSOPs, GMPs, HACCP guidelines, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Dependable & Self-Driven: High reliability for overnight shifts, strong communication skills (English written/spoken for safety), and a sharp eye for pre-op audit standards.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational background.

Your Mission on the Shift

• Execute CIP & Automated Sanitation: Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot CIP wash cycles, portable tank foamers, industrial scrubbers, and line-cleaning loops.
• Mechanical Teardown & Rebuild: Disassemble critical production line components, hand-clean sensitive parts, sanitize thoroughly, and reassemble equipment strictly per SSOP standards.
• Precision Chemical Control: Safely calculate, dilute, and titrate cleaning and sanitizing agents, always adhering to SDS guidelines and full PPE protocols.
• Pre-Op Clearance & Quality Audits: Complete meticulous sanitation logs, perform visual inspections, and collaborate directly with FSQ / Pre-Op inspectors to release lines for production.
• Maintain Plant Standards: Oversee deep cleaning of processing rooms, cold storage, and warehouse facilities per the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Regular lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 65 lbs.
• Active physical work throughout the shift: standing, bending, climbing stairs/ladders, and using scissor lifts at elevated heights.
• Operating in wet, variable-temperature manufacturing environments (including coolers) with full protective gear provided.
• Shift structure: 8-hour shift (Monday night through Friday morning) with two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid meal break.
