Facility Space Management Subject Matter Expert - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Facility Space Management Subject Matter Expert leading implementation of facility space management, planning, and optimization programs across the Department of the Air Force enterprise.

1. Serves as the Air Force Facility Space Management Subject Matter Expert and is the final technical authority for matters relating to facility space management, planning, and optimization programs and issues. 2. Provides consultant services to the Air Staff, AFIMSC, PSUs, MAJCOMS, and basses. 3. Prepares technical articles, guidance, studies, training, and other official documentation for the Air Force Facility Space Management, Planning, and Optimization Programs. 4. Researches and developes recommentdations relating to the Air Force Facility Space Management, Planning, and Optimization Programs.
