About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and hands-on Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our estate facilities. The successful candidate will ensure our world-class environment remains safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering exceptional operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of estate facilities.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Manage artisans, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational.
* Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and operational issues.
* Monitor utility systems, equipment, and building infrastructure.
* Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory of tools and materials.
* Enforce health, safety, and operational standards.
* Support facility improvement and renovation projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in facility or property management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
* Good knowledge of building systems, MEP services, and preventive maintenance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
