About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and hands-on Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our estate facilities. The successful candidate will ensure our world-class environment remains safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering exceptional operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of estate facilities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage artisans, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and operational issues.
- Monitor utility systems, equipment, and building infrastructure.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory of tools and materials.
- Enforce health, safety, and operational standards.
- Support facility improvement and renovation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3 years' experience** in facility or property management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of building systems, MEP services, and preventive maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
