FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS BRANCH HEAD

You will serve as a FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS BRANCH HEAD in the Facilities Services Division of PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY.

You will possess comprehensive knowledge of acquisition regulations as they apply to performance-based contracting.

You will use technical knowledge and experience in multiple fields or trades to understand and address a wide variety of technical problems encountered in facility support.

You will use cost and price analysis techniques to compare contractor proposals against Independent Government Cost Estimates, and the ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and make recommendations.

You will use knowledge of contract financials, including invoicing, accounting, prevailing wage rates, and project/labor funding sources.

You will possess knowledge of labor laws such as the Service Contract Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Davis-Bacon Act.
