FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS BRANCH HEAD

You will serve as a FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS BRANCH HEAD in the Facility Support Contracts (PW2) Division of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST.

You will support the contracting staff in evaluating formal proposals prepared by the contractor by reviewing elements of proposals using previous experience with similar items, contractor's actual expenditures, and established rates as guides.

You will serve as a consultant to supported commands and Public Works Department Staff in the identification of recurring service requirements and individual project requirements to include minor construction.

You will develop and maintain staffing plans for execution of work for multiple contract Performance Assessment Programs, specification and source selection of multiple recurring and non-recurring multi-year service contracts.

You will coordinate and develop the Facility Support Contracts and manage proposed changes to these contracts while implementing direction provided by Public Works Business Line, FSC Core, and/or the Administrative Contracting Officer.

You will support source selection of multiple recurring and non-recurring multi-year service contracts or Base Operations Support (BOS) contracts and for the execution of minor construction Task Orders.

You will be responsible for establishing internal policies, operational guidelines, instructions, procedures, and standards of work performance in accordance with NAVFAC and Commander Naval Installations Command (CNIC) policies.

You will serve as the primary point of contact in the evaluation of all quality aspects of contracted services by monitoring contractor performance, resolving problems and ensuring required reports are submitted in a timely manner.
