Summary

Maintains and repairs office and factory facilities, including HVAC, electrical systems, security systems, and fire safety equipment in Singapore.

Salary up to $3.5k
Monday - Friday; 830am - 530pm
Location: Kallang Genting Lane

** Every 6 month will need to come back on weekends to clean carpet or do repair work if needed. OT will be paid accordingly if so.

Job scopes

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of mechanical and electrical systems within the office and factory premises.
Manage and maintain safety and security systems, including burglar alarm systems, door access systems, face recognition systems, and CCTV systems.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all facilities and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of air-conditioning systems, lighting, and other office and factory facilities.
Coordinate monthly air-conditioning servicing and annual servicing of machinery and water dispensers.
Ensure fire safety compliance and coordinate the maintenance and servicing of fire extinguishers.
