Facility Technician (Bulim/ Jurong West)
Summary
Maintains and repairs facility systems, machinery, and building services in a logistics warehouse, handling electrical, plumbing, and general repairs while coordinating with vendors and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities: -
- Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of facility systems, MHE, and building services
- Carry out general building repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping)
- Coordinate and supervise vendors for maintenance works
- Support facility-related requests across departments
- Maintain maintenance records and inventory
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs, including after-hours support
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with team members and supervisors
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements: -
- Minimum Secondary/ITE qualification with facility management and M&E experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy items
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of M&E systems and MHE
- Knowledge of safety, health, and quality standards
- Willing to work in an oil and grease environment and perform overtime when required
- Good attendance, attitude, and teamwork mindset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Possess Forklift license and fire safety experience are an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings and site plans is an advantage
