Factory manager (Carpentry)

Familiar on cabinet, feature wall and furniture fabrication
-To lead a team members to fabricate cabinets / furniture
-Strong carpentry detailing knowledge
-Strong knowledge to explain the detail drawings or works to team members
-Set a positive example for team members and provide leadership and motivate them to achieve goals
-Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training needs of team members
-Any other duties assigned by the management
