Role Overview
We are hiring a Factory Manager – Woven Fabric Dyeing & Finishing to lead a large-scale wet-processing unit specializing in synthetic woven fabrics such as Polyester and Nylon (Taffeta, Ripstop, Oxford).
This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end dyeing and finishing operations, including production efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage complex manufacturing environments while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall dyeing and finishing operations for synthetic woven fabrics
Manage high-temperature dyeing processes, ensuring consistency in shade, quality, and output
Oversee dye recipe formulation, color management, and process optimization
Ensure stable production performance aligned with global brand quality standards
Drive finishing operations to meet technical, functional, and aesthetic fabric requirements
Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and performance tracking
Establish systems to achieve high first-quality (A-grade) production yield
Maintain strong focus on safety, compliance, and environmental standards
Build and lead high-performing teams with a culture of discipline and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with:
Weaving teams
Fabric R&D and development teams
Garment manufacturing units
Global brand technical stakeholders
Support new fabric development and scale-up of performance materials
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or related field
15+ years of experience in textile manufacturing
Minimum 7–10 years of leadership experience in dyeing and finishing operations
Strong expertise in synthetic woven fabrics (Polyester & Nylon)
In-depth knowledge of:
High-temperature dyeing systems
Dye chemistry and color control
Finishing processes for woven fabrics
Experience in large, export-oriented textile manufacturing environments
Proven track record of managing large production teams and complex operations
Preferred:
Experience with technical/performance fabrics for sportswear or outdoor brands
Exposure to vertically integrated manufacturing setups
Familiarity with sustainability and environmental compliance practices
Fluency in English (Bangla is an added advantage)
