<Job Overview>
As the production lead, you will lead the production operations for a key footwear manufacturing facility. You will drive continuous KPI improvements, elevate factory leadership capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets while fostering a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.

<Your Impact>
1. Integrate internal and external thoughts and ideas to keep improving production KPI in factory
2. Coaching and leading production team to successfully implement production KPI improvements and hit the monthly and annual company target.
3. Lead by example to engage and collaborate with cross functional leads to support to elevate company culture and management method.
4. Attend regular meetings of production KPI improvement for both Shoe and chemical factory
5. Using Lean tools and method to set up clear direction of production KPI improvement
6. Continuously elevate Factory leadership team's knowledge & capability in a comprehensive approach, including IE, HR, Safety, Quality, Production & Scheduling by coaching, training and consulting the practical case study and problem solving execution.
7.Encourage factory leadership team to engage with factory team members to continue working on process optimization including operational and non-operational Kaizen by systematic data collection, proper data analysis, and practical kaizen implementation.
