Job Summary

Supervise daily factory operations and food production activities to ensure smooth workflow, maintain product quality and food safety, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate factory workers to execute daily production activities efficiently and meet production targets.
• Monitor production schedules and output to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee the proper handling of raw materials and finished food products to maintain product integrity.
• Enforce workplace cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards to comply with regulatory and company requirements.
• Inspect production equipment regularly and report maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational updates and issues to management.
• Ensure all workers comply with workplace safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
