【工作地點】
此職位辦公地點位於交通便利的新北市汐止，鄰近「捷運南港展覽館站」、「汐止／汐科火車站」及「國道交流道」，車程約3至10分鐘。公司大樓設有停車位，周邊亦有YouBike及多元公車轉乘路線，讓您的通勤更加便利。此外，公司距離「好市多Costco汐止店」僅約300公尺，讓您在工作之餘也能輕鬆安排用餐與日常採買。

【主要職責】
As an Application Engineering (AE) Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing AE team that serves as a critical technical bridge between Field Application Engineers (FAEs), R&D teams, and external partners. Your mission is to build a technically strong, agile, and collaborative team that supports product integration, customer success, and innovation across server-related solutions.

You will be responsible for shaping the AE team's technical depth, leadership capabilities, and problem-solving skills. The AE team will not only provide robust backend support to FAEs but also act as a trusted partner to R&D and key vendors, delivering technical expertise and solutions in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

●Key Responsibilities:
(1) Team Leadership & Development
－Build, mentor, and manage a skilled AE team with strong server product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
－Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
－Define team goals, KPIs, and development plans aligned with company strategy.

(2) Technical Enablement & Support
－Provide deep technical support to FAEs and customers, including issue diagnosis, solution proposals, and product integration guidance.
－Collaborate with R&D to resolve complex technical challenges and contribute to product improvement.
－Engage with external vendors and partners to align on technical standards and co-development efforts.

(3) Cross-Functional Collaboration
－Act as a technical liaison between AE, FAE, R&D, and product teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
－Translate customer feedback and field insights into actionable engineering tasks and product enhancements.
－Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including technical documentation, training, and solution deployment.

(4) Knowledge Management & Communication
－Deliver technical knowledge in various formats (e.g., documentation, training, presentations).
－Promote best practices, standardization, and knowledge sharing across teams.
－Ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
