FAE- Field Application Engineer – Digital Power (Taipei)

Collaborate with the sales team and BUs to drive demand creation within a defined customer base, influencing product selection through demonstrations and presentations of digital power products and development tools.

• Provide in-depth engineering support and technical assistance for client hardware and software development.
• Adapt existing reference designs to meet specific customer requirements.
• Conduct hardware and system-level design reviews.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical training.
• Achieve quarterly and annual targets (NNR$, DW$, MBO).
• Monitor and analyze Opportunity, Net New Revenue, and Design-win status on a regular basis.
• Promote products and drive business development across all Microchip product lines, with a primary focus on digital power applications.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitive analysis, SWOT assessments, and future industry trends.
