FAE 工程師 Field Application Engineer – AMC Hsinchu (新竹)

We are looking for Field Application Engineer (FAE) that serves as the primary technical contact between the company and key semiconductor customers in Taiwan, providing application support for our Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) solutions.
The FAE will work closely with local Field Service Engineer (FSE) team and engineering teams in oversea HQ to optimize system performance and address technical challenges.

1. Collaborate with local FSEs to support AMC equipment maintenance, repairs, system upgrades, and software updates. Coordinate with global teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
2. Support the installation, commissioning, qualification, and customer acceptance of AMC systems, gas analyzers, and related software solutions.
3. Implement new equipment features, software functions, and application enhancements. Support customers in optimizing system performance and utilization.
4. Provide technical expertise and application support to customers, sales teams, and FSEs. Assist with product evaluations and customer-specific technical requirements.
5. Lead technical discussions with customers, track action items, and drive issue resolution through close collaboration with customers, FSEs, and global support teams.
6. Travel within Taiwan or overseas for short-term assignments to meet customer and business requirements.
