1.負責 TIM 材料及 熱模組產品 , 有學習新產品的能力及企圖心
2.協助業務對客戶做產品簡介, 及解說公司的產品應用
3.協助業務 處理客戶對產品應用的說明及問題解決
4.協助品保 處理產品相關客訴問題
5.分析及解決產品問題的能力
6.完成主管交辦的任務

1.Product Ownership & Proactive Learning
Take responsibility for TIM (Thermal Interface Materials) and thermal module product lines; demonstrate a strong commitment and capacity to master new technologies and products.
2.Technical Sales Support & Presentation
Support the sales team in delivering product presentations and articulating the company’s product applications to clients.
3.Application Support & Problem Solving
Collaborate with sales to address client inquiries regarding product applications and provide effective technical solutions.
4.Quality Assurance & Complaint Resolution
Partner with the QA department to investigate and resolve product-related customer complaints and quality issues.
5.Analytical Problem-Solving
Possess strong analytical skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product technical challenges.
6.Executive Support
Fulfill additional tasks and strategic assignments as directed by management.
