◆ Drive demand creation by providing expert technical support, including schematic reviews and performance evaluations.
◆ Conduct comprehensive product training for internal teams, distributors, and customers.
◆ Oversee client projects to ensure high quality, optimal performance, and compliance with specifications.
◆ Handle Customer Complaint Requests (CCR) and provide application-level technical support and solutions.
◆ Partner closely with the sales team to pitch solutions and secure design wins.
◆ Conduct market surveys and align new product roadmaps with BU/Marketing teams.
◆ Accomplish additional tasks or projects delegated by the supervisor.
