| Duties & Responsibilities |
- Familiar with semiconductor process and high-end packaging process.
- Having mechanics and thermodynamics knowledge is prefer.
- Experience in thermal analysis is prefer, understand FloTherm or Ansys.
- Understand quality solutions, Minitab, or other reliability and statistical analysis software or tool.
- Skilled in 8D report consolidation is a plus
- Have work experience on product failure analysis.
- Fluent English speaking and excellent English writing and reading skill.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
