Failure Analysis Shift Technician
Summary
Night-shift technician in a semiconductor lab performing failure analysis on wafers using microscopes, SEM, FIB, plasma etcher, and EDX.
Failure Analysis shift technician to join the FA team working back-end nights (12hrs: 7pm-7am; Wed, Thu, Fri & every other Saturday).
This position is a key member of the Failure Analysis team, responsible for performing physical and structural analysis of wafers/samples using Optical microscope, SEM, FIB, Plasma etcher and EDX. Full training will be provided on dayshift (Mon-Fri).
Key duties:
•Performing SEM cross sections and imaging
•Performing cross sections using FIB
•Analysing wafers/samples with EDX
•Performing wafer de-processing using wet chemicals and/or plasma etcher
•Performing optical inspections
•Maintain Failure Analysis and chemical laboratory

•Strong written and communication skills
•Experienced in Microsoft office
