Landscaping365 is hiring Fall Landscape Team Members in Dublin, Ohio for immediate start. This is a hands-on outdoor job that keeps you active, builds real landscaping skills, and pays weekly — with paid training and a daytime weekday schedule. No landscaping experience required. Team members are trained directly by the owner and continue learning as their skills develop. We provide paid, hands-on training and continue teaching you as your skills grow.

Already have some landscaping, lawn care, construction, maintenance, warehouse, farm, or other hands-on experience? That’s a plus — but it is not required.

What matters most is showing up, working hard, being coachable, and being willing to learn.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday

Typically 9:30 AM–3:30 PM

Most workdays are approximately 6 hours, depending on weather, workload, and scheduled projects.

Some workdays may finish earlier when the scheduled work is completed. Additional hours may be available at times.

No 6:00 AM landscaping starts.

This is a part-time position and is not a guaranteed 40-hour workweek.

PAY

• $18–$20/hr starting pay
