About Our Family

We’re an active, social family of four (five if you count our very opinionated family cat!) with a full and ever-changing rhythm of work, school, activities, travel, and everyday life. Both parents work demanding full-time roles — one primarily from home, and the other traveling frequently throughout the month — so we’re looking for someone who can help create more ease and breathing room in our home.

Our goal is simple: to spend less time managing the details of daily life and more time enjoying the moments that matter. We want our home to feel like a place where everyone can recharge, reconnect, and feel cared for — whether that’s a quiet evening together, supporting our daughters through their busy high school years, or simply walking through the door to a space that feels calm and welcoming.

Our two teenage daughters are independent, curious, and finding their own paths, and we value someone who understands that this stage of life is about connection, trust, and respect. We’re looking for a reliable partner who can help maintain the systems that keep our home running smoothly and anticipate needs before they become stressors so our family can be more present with one another.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You thrive in a dynamic family environment and bring a calm, steady presence to a busy household. People describe you as pragmatic, even-keeled, warm, and deeply thoughtful. You are proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks independently while keeping each family member’s needs and routines in mind. You enjoy creating simple systems, improving processes, and making sure the behind-the-scenes details are handled with care.

You are a clear and thorough communicator who is comfortable coordinating with a variety of people, including family members, vendors, and guests. You understand teenagers and connect with them naturally through warmth, respect, and genuine interest. You know how to read the room, adapt when plans change, and bring a sense of grounded confidence to the day-to-day. You’re flexible, dependable, and able to shift priorities with ease.

Most importantly, you take pride in being a trusted partner behind the scenes. You understand that the work you do creates the space for our family to spend more time together, enjoy our home, and focus on the moments that matter.

Prior experience in household management or family assistance is preferred and would be a valuable asset in this role.
