Family Case Manager
About Us
The Just One Project's mission is to increase access to food, resources, and supportive services to build a stronger, healthier, and more connected community.
At The Just One Project, we believe that everyone deserves access to essential resources, meaningful opportunities, and the support they need to build a brighter future. Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated individuals who work together to create lasting change throughout Southern Nevada.
Everything we do is guided by our core values: Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion, and by our Gold Standard of service. We believe every person who walks through our doors deserves to be treated with the same care, dignity, and respect you'd want for your own family.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just believe in these values but brings them to life through every conversation, interaction, and connection they make.
About the Role
As a DHRC Case Manager, you'll be more than someone who connects people to resources. You'll be a trusted advocate, a problem-solver, and a consistent source of support for individuals and families working toward greater stability and independence.
At the Dolores Huerta Resource Center, we understand that every person's journey is different. Some individuals may need help finding stable housing, others may be navigating employment challenges, financial hardships, or unexpected life circumstances. Your role is to meet people where they are, understand their unique needs, and help them create a path forward.
You'll work one-on-one with clients to develop individualized service plans, connect them with community resources, celebrate their progress, and help them navigate challenges along the way.
This is a hands-on, people-centered role that combines compassion with organization, advocacy with accountability, and meaningful conversations with measurable outcomes.
We're looking for someone who is empathetic, resourceful, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed. Someone who can remain calm during difficult situations, build trust with individuals from all walks of life, and recognize that even the smallest step forward can make a lasting difference.
If you believe in empowering people, strengthening communities, and being part of someone's journey toward a better future, we'd love to meet you!
