What You'll Do

Every day brings a new opportunity to make a positive impact! In this role, you will:

• Bring Families Together: Supervise and support meaningful interactions between parents, children, and siblings while encouraging healthy relationships.

• Be a Helping Hand: Assist families with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and accessing transportation when needed.

• Connect Families to Resources: Help identify community programs, services, and support systems that promote long-term family stability.

• Be Their Advocate: Support children and families as they navigate challenges, overcome barriers, and work toward their goals.

• Work as a Team: Collaborate with Family Support Specialists, Intervention Specialists, and other professionals to provide consistent, family-centered support.

• Celebrate Progress: Observe and document family interactions, recognize strengths, and help support positive changes.

• Build Meaningful Connections: Maintain communication with parents and caregivers while encouraging positive family engagement.
