Family Development Manager
JOB SUMMARY
This full-time, at-will position is responsible for supporting and overseeing the delivery of Family Development
program services to ensure high-quality, compliant, and effective outcomes for participating individuals and
families. The role provides programmatic guidance to staff, coordinates training and outreach efforts, maintains
partnerships with community agencies, and contributes to program monitoring and reporting. In addition, the
position maintains a limited caseload and provides direct family support services in alignment with program goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Supports staff in the delivery of high-quality services to clients and communicates with the Program Officer, Community Action as needed regarding policies, procedures and program-related issues.
- Coordinates and organizes training for staff to support effective case management practices and service delivery standards.
- Leads targeted outreach and recruitment efforts to engage and enroll eligible individuals and families into program services.
- Reviews client assessments and individualized service plans to ensure alignment with program goals and requirements.
- Conducts regular reviews of client files to verify accuracy, completeness and timeliness in accordance with program and compliance standards.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with community partners to promote awareness and understanding of Family Development program services.
- Compiles, completes, and submits required outcome and performance reports in accordance with funding and reporting requirements.
- Manages and maintains referral agency relationships to support coordinated service delivery and effective client referrals.
- Maintains a minimum caseload of seven (7) families while providing direct support and case management services as required.
- Other duties as may be assigned and/or requested from time to time in fulfillment of the agency’s mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
