Family Driver

Job Description:

• Run errands for the family and company, including delivery of documents, purchases, or others task as directed.
• Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality regarding the Director’s and family’s personal and professional information at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of all assigned vehicles, including routine checks of oil, tires, brakes, and other essentials.
• Keep a log of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and report any issues promptly to the management.
• Assist in organizing and managing company and personal vehicle schedules, ensuring timely availability for appointments, meetings, or travel.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driving license with a clean track record and demonstrate safe and skilled driving at all times.
• Be proficient in using navigation apps such as Google Maps, Waze, or equivalent to determine the most efficient routes.
• Be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
• Have no previous disciplinary records, criminal convictions, or traffic offenses.
• Remain courteous and professional when interacting with clients, staff, or external contacts while on duty.
