Family Life Pastor

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Life Pastor to lead, mentor, and minister to families within our community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the challenges facing families, and a commitment to fostering spiritual growth and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ministry program tailored to families needs and interests.
• Lead engaging and relevant weekly gatherings, services, and events for married couples.
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to married couples.
• Recruit, train, and empower volunteers to assist in the ministry.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages spiritual growth and discipleship.
• Establish and maintain connections with local schools and groups in our community.
