POSITION OVERVIEW
This physician will serve as Core Faculty within a Family Medicine Residency Program while maintaining clinical responsibilities. The position includes bedside teaching, outpatient clinic supervision, classroom instruction, resident mentorship, curriculum development, and collaboration with residency leadership to strengthen and expand the educational program. :contentReference[oaicite:1]index=1

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine patient care
• Teach and mentor Family Medicine residents
• Supervise residents during clinic and bedside encounters
• Participate in classroom education and didactic sessions
• Assist with curriculum development and program improvement
• Collaborate with residency leadership
• Foster an exceptional learning environment
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

COMPENSATION
• $220,000-$260,000 annually based on experience
• Quarterly Incentive Opportunity (10% of Salary)
