- Call structure: Not required at this time

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by diagnosing, managing, and treating acute and chronic health conditions to optimize health outcomes for individuals and families in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Drive clinical collaboration by working alongside physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure smooth care coordination and continuity across the network.
- Maintain detailed, accurate health records in accordance with specialty standards and organizational policies to ensure patient safety and top-tier quality of care.
