Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners Lenox Village in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced or ambitious Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our established outpatient primary care team.
- Join an established team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
- Call structure: Optional, not required
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

- Practice full-scope family medicine in a highly supportive environment offering 1:1 dedicated Medical Assistant support, reasonable patient volumes (20-25/day)

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
