CME allowance: $1,500 annually
- Join an established team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
- Call structure: No Call
- Practice setting: Outpatient

Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions, including effective discharge planning - Drive quality and cost-effective care initiatives that improve patient outcomes and overall system performance
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support clinical care, compliance, and reimbursement requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
Work Experience
- 2-4 years experience preferred.
