Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting Family Physicians / GPs for an established and expanding Canadian medical organisation with opportunities in Calgary and across a wider network of clinics.
This is more than a traditional Family Medicine position. Physicians have the opportunity to join a partnership-based model designed to reward doctors as their practice develops, while providing the infrastructure and administrative support needed to focus on patient care.
The organisation offers a progressive compensation structure where physicians initially retain 75% of billings, with the potential for this percentage to increase over time.

✅ Candidate Requirements
Family Medicine / General Practice qualification
CPSA licensed or eligible for registration in Alberta
UK, Irish, Australian, Canadian and other internationally trained GPs meeting Alberta licensing requirements encouraged to apply
Strong communication and patient-centred care skills
Interest in developing a successful long-term practice in Alberta
