Summary
A family or internal medicine physician provides outpatient primary care in a small city near Jacksonville, FL, with no on-call duties and a strong benefits package including relocation support.
Hospital managed primary care group seeks another physician. Group will consider either an FP or IM trained candidate. Work in a collegial environment & join 2 Family Practitioners, 1 IM doc & 2 midlevel providers. Make-up on the practice is outpatient only w/no call (hospitalists cover inpatient needs). Office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (w/no nights & weekend hours).
Financial plan includes a very aggressive base salary, incentives, retirement, health benefits, vacation/CME, malpractice insurance, relocation allowance and may offer a competitive sign-on bonus.
