Family Medicine Physician
Outpatient only · No nights or weekends · Sign-on bonus
About the role
The Spine & Pain Center is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team. This is a practice built around meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a team culture that values providers as much as patients.
This role is an excellent fit for a physician passionate about primary care who may also have an interest or background in pain medicine, urgent care, neurology, or orthopedics. No hospital rounding. No call. Just focused, high-quality outpatient medicine.
Locations
Home base in Tulsa, with scheduled travel to satellite clinics in Muskogee and Bartlesville.
Schedule
Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
No nights. No weekends. No hospital rounding. Half-day Fridays.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
- Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and sound medical decision-making
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Educate patients on preventive care, medications, and chronic disease management
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate care with internal clinical staff and outside providers as needed
- Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Contribute to a respectful, patient-centered clinic culture
