Family Resource Coordinator, Early Support for Infants & Toddlers Program

We believe in the power of teamwork and offer early intervention services and multidisciplinary, play-based, and child-led early childhood special education.
Children’s Therapy Center is seeking a Family Resources Coordinator to join our Early Support Team serving our Kent or Renton, Washington service-area! Our Family Resources Coordinator (FRC) will work with families who have young children with developmental delays and disabilities. Our goal is to help children achieve their full potential while helping parents and caregivers develop the confidence and competence they need to support their child. This position supports families in the coordination of services and resources throughout their time in our Early Support program.
Family Resources Coordinator’s serve as the family’s primary contact while they are receiving Early Support services and ensure that all services are provided in compliance with Part C regulations. FRCs facilitate the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) with each family, and they ensure that services are provided in natural environments, including inclusive playgroups, the home, and community settings – this may include secure virtual settings. Our ideal candidate should have a deep passion for serving children and their families in our community.
