COMPENSATION:
- Base salary plus commission

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Prospecting, building and maintaining relationships with families.
- Sell premium cemetery property, products and services to clients
- Inform and educate families on options for pre-planning final arrangements
- Work with families at the time of a death to provide personalized burial arrangements that create a positive impression during a difficult time
- Obtain referrals
- Meet and exceed established sales quotas
- Network within the community to present on the importance of cemetery and funeral arrangements.
- Deliver consistent, exceptional customer satisfaction
- Represent company professionally

Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver's License with reliable vehicle and auto insurance (Required)
- Ability to obtain Cemetery Sales license through the state of Wisconsin.
- Schedule Monday - Friday, some weekends. There are set hours as well as flexibility to set your own schedule
